This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is provided to you by Homodeus One Pty Ltd ACN 696 272 116 (“Homodeus”, we, our, us) to inform you of the financial services provided by us and to comply with our obligations as an Authorised Representative of Sharewise Compliance and Administration Pty Ltd (“Sharewise Compliance and Administration”) which is the holder of an Australian Financial Services License (AFS License No. 280420).

This FSG is meant to assist you to decide whether to use our services and to explain:

- Who we are;
- What financial services we provide and the products to which those services relate;
- What information we offer to you as a client;
- What our responsibilities are and what type of advice we give;
- How you can instruct us;
- What other disclosure documents and statements you will receive;
- What you can expect to pay for the financial services;
- What remuneration and other benefits may be paid to us, our employees or others;
- Our associations and relationships;
- What to do if you have a complaint, and how it will be dealt with;
- For what purpose we use your contact data; and
- How you can contact us.

This FSG contains only general information about the services we offer. If you still have any questions after reading this FSG, please contact us. Our contact details are listed at the end of this document.

## 1. Who Are We?

Homodeus (CAR No. 1320577) is responsible for the Financial Services described in this guide. Homodeus, its employees and directors are authorised representatives of Sharewise Compliance and Administration. We act on our own behalf and under our own AFS Licence (which is held by Sharewise Compliance and Administration) when we provide services to you. We can offer our services to both wholesale and retail clients.

## 2. What Services Are We Authorised to Provide?

Homodeus provides general advice in relation to securities via research and opinion pieces. We are authorised to deal in the following classes of financial products to retail and wholesale clients (within the definition of the Corporations Act):

- Securities.

We can offer you factual market data and information, including general advice, regarding those products and services our authorisation permits us to provide.

You have the option of opening an account with our affiliated brokers. This will allow us to conduct effective risk management for your portfolio and keep an eye on your positions at all times.

## 4. Our General Advice Service

Please note that any advice given by Homodeus is general advice, as the information or advice given will not take into account your particular objectives, financial situation or needs. You should, before acting on the advice, consider the appropriateness of the advice, having regard to your objectives, financial situation and needs. If our advice relates to the acquisition, or possible acquisition, of a particular financial product you should read any relevant Prospectus, Product Disclosure Statement.

## 5. How Can You Instruct Us?

We will accept instructions via telephone or email.

## 6. What Other Disclosure Documents and Statements Will I Receive?

Generally, where we arrange for the issue of a financial product to you, you will receive a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) or other relevant disclosure documents that include information about the product so that you can make an informed decision whether to acquire the product. It would include any relevant terms, significant risks and costs associated with the supply of that financial product.

## 7. How Are We Paid?

Homodeus earns fees for producing research reports and financial models on listed companies. When the fee is derived from a company, this is clearly highlighted on the front page of the report and in the disclaimers and disclosures section of the report.

The information in this section is subject to change and does not include information in relation to taxes or duties that you may be required to pay in relation to an investment. Unless otherwise stated, all fees, charges, commissions, and benefits disclosed in this FSG are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

## 8. Associations and Relationships

Sharewise, Homodeus, its directors and related parties have no associations or relationships with any product issuers other than when advising retail clients to invest in managed funds when the managers of these funds may also be clients of Sharewise. Homodeus' representatives may from time to time deal in or otherwise have a financial interest in financial products recommended to you but any material ownership will be disclosed to you when relevant advice is provided.

## 9. If You Have a Complaint, How Will It Be Dealt With?

If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us or Sharewise Compliance and Administration Pty Ltd who has formalised client complaint resolution procedure in place to resolve any complaints or concerns you may have about the service provided to you. We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. These should be directed to:

All complaints are reviewed and investigated by our Compliance Manager. If you make a complaint, our first response will be to contact you to discuss the complaint and to register a formal record of such complaint.

The Complaints Manager will investigate your complaint and provide a final written response to you no later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of your complaint. If the matter is complex and a longer period of time is required, we will notify you.

If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction after this process, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) on 1800 931 678 or at [www.afca.org.au](https://www.afca.org.au/). AFCA is an approved external dispute resolution scheme of which Sharewise Compliance and Administration Ltd is a member (member number 12461).

You may also contact the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) info line on 1300 300 630.

## 10. Professional Indemnity Insurance

Sharewise has in place Professional Indemnity Insurance which satisfies the requirements for compensation under s912B of the Corporations Act and that covers our authorized representatives.

## 11. For What Purpose Do We Use Your Contact Data?

Privacy is an important issue for us and we are committed to ensuring full compliance with Privacy Act requirements.

The personal data that we collect from you will only be used by us to assist in the planning of marketing proposals, education seminars, provision of general product advice to clients and as permitted under the AML/CTF Act 2006.
